Questions people ask before booking
- How do I book a car or tour?
- Send us a WhatsApp, call +91 95093 58937, or fill in the enquiry form. Tell us where you want to go, your date and how many people are travelling. We reply with a route and a price, and your booking is confirmed once you accept it.
- Why are there no prices on the website?
- Every trip is different: the vehicle, the date, the distance and the waiting time all change the price. Instead of a rate card that rarely matches your trip, we send you a quote for your exact plan, usually within 15 minutes.
- Are toll, parking and driver allowance included?
- Your quote spells out what is included and what is extra, such as toll, parking, state tax and night charges, before you confirm. The price we quote is the price you pay.
- Do you pick up from the airport, railway station and hotels?
- Yes. We pick up from anywhere in Jaipur, including Jaipur airport, the railway station, bus stands, hotels and homes. We also do pickups and drops at Delhi airport.
- What time do temple trips start?
- Usually early, around 5 to 6 am, so you reach before the longest queues. Temple timings change with the season and on festival days, so we plan the pickup around the timings for your date.
- Which vehicle should I choose?
- As a guide: a sedan for up to 4 people, an Ertiga for 5 to 6, an Innova Crysta for 6 to 7 with more luggage space, and a tempo traveller or Urbania for 8 to 17. Tell us your group size and luggage and we will suggest the right one.
- Can you plan a multi day Rajasthan tour?
- Yes. One car and one driver stay with you for the whole trip. Tell us the places you want to see and how many days you have, and we suggest a route. We can book hotels in your budget, or you can book your own.
- I am visiting India from abroad. How do I book?
- Message us on WhatsApp from any country with your dates and the places you want to visit. There is nothing to pay on this website and no card details are needed; you agree the price with us before the trip.
- What if my plans change?
- Tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we will try to move your booking. Cancellation terms and any advance payment are agreed when you book; our cancellation policy page explains how it works.
