Enquiries and bookings

We do not publish prices because every trip is different. We quote a price for your route, vehicle and dates by phone or WhatsApp, and a booking is confirmed only when you accept that quote. No payment is taken on this website.

Fares and extra charges

• Toll, parking, state tax and permits are charged as applicable unless stated as included.
• Kilometres and hours beyond the agreed plan are charged at the agreed rate.
• Night driving between 10 pm and 6 am may carry a driver allowance.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms and any advance payment are agreed at the time of booking. See our cancellation and refund policy.

Travel conduct

Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in our vehicles. The driver may refuse to continue a trip if passenger safety is at risk.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, temple crowd management or other events outside our control. Please keep valuables with you.
